Continued work is being done on the Fuel Monitoring project for Grace Pacific Corporation in Hawaii. We are looking at the existing burners and plant system designs, to the upgraded systems and ideas for burning grease trap oil, as major diesel cost savings.
CEDC is working with many companies, including Grace Pacific Corporation and Pacific Bio-Fuels to modernize equipment within Grace Pacific's Asphalt Plants. Working with these companies, along with the EPA, we are creating a true team effort in saving diesel fuel as well as cutting emissions. Grace Pacific is in the forefront of making all of their plants environmentally friendly, as well as reducing their green house gases and environmental footprint. All of this effort makes them a better neighbor with their continued efforts to monitor all active systems within their operations. This helps to better tract everything from usage of raw materials, reduced engine idling, and equipment location tracking. CEDC is working directly with these companies to add these features to the monitoring system and get the information on line for headquarters officers to see. |
