The Wi-Fi project is up and operating.  CED Consulting, Hawaiian Fuel Monitoring, Maui Paving and Grace Pacific/Floscan, recording data and displaying it on line.

The Fuel Monitoring Wi-Fi project is up and running.  Not only that, but it appears to fit into Grace Pacific plans for future sites, EPA and the state reporting requirements.  A couple of interesting events showed up during commissioning, were quickly resolved and the system is up and working.  The data can be viewed in Kapolei main office, Honolulu and and the plant offices.  The reports can be customized, printed, or sent, as a digital report to who ever need’s the data.  The data is safe and is on Grace Pacific Corporation's internal network where managers deem who are the need to know authorized persons.  The system, is designed to be an off the shelf and can be maintained and customized or added to as Grace Pacific's needs and plans grow.

The next move is to add the other plants to gain a close monitoring of the plants to help the operators, maintenance crews and the reporting all in one package.  Not only does it give the crews and managers at the plants the ability to see how their systems are operating. It also gives the operations people the same ability to have a head start in planning and performing maintenance, by seeing the trends for operations, generators, burners and heaters.  In today’s world of high fuel costs, this system will be a great help in trending the right equipment for the applications.

We are now doing a series of other plants and adding more features as are required.

Stay tuned as more systems come on line.
