Call For Papers

MaintenanceConference.com invites everyone with beneficial information about maintenance and reliability to submit their ideas for presentation.  We call our conference sessions "Learning Zone Sessions" to amplify that the primary goal is to deliver information you can learn and take back to your job right away.  Learning Zone Session leaders have included technicians, managers, consultants and even vendors - who each agree to deliver an educational - non-commercial  presentation that includes a matching paper and slide presentation to be distributed as part of the conference proceedings.  A classic method for gaining knowledge is to Learn-Do-Teach and we invite you to use a MaintenanceConference.com format to activate the Teaching step of the process to validate your experience and to spread the benefit of your knowledge and experience to others in the professional maintenance & reliability.

Please email abstracts@reliabilityweb.com with a proposed title and 1-2 paragraph description so we can begin to exchange ideas about your presentation.

Your learning experience begins as soon as you register!

At all MaintenanceConference.com events you will join some of the most experienced maintenance and reliability professionals in the world.  As soon as you register you will gain access to an active online community that includes presenters, workshop leaders, experts, solution providers as well as your industry peers.  This year round online community will include:

  • Email Discussion Group to allow you to ask questions and gain knowledge in advance of the actual event
  • Dedicated audio interviews with conference presenters and workshop leaders
  • Online Surveys to tailor expert and moderated sessions to answer your specific questions
  • You can opt out at any time
  • Your privacy is assured – we do not rent, sell or trade email addresses
  • You can remain part of the online community as long as you wish even after the conference has ended

Privacy Policy for All Reliabilityweb.com conferences featured at MaintenanceConference.com

Where is it written that when you pay hundreds of dollars to attend a professional conference- the conference organizers have the right to supply your name and detailed contact information as a valued added benefit to the vendor community without your express permission?

All  MaintenanceConference.com attendees can be assured privacy. We do not sell, rent, trade or provide detailed attendee contact information to exhibitors or any other third party vendors.

In order to facilitate on-site networking, we will provide each  attendee a list to include name, company and general location (state or country if non-USA) however, no detailed contact information will be included.

We recognize that you have many choices for excellent conferences in this marketplace. We hope to send a clear message that our events focus on delivering value to the attendee through learning and to the solution provider by offering ample networking opportunities.
